It was a good experience in ordering but not happy about aircraft charge. I am an Amazon Prime member and when I get through Amazon Pay I exercise not pay for aircraft ever but y'all are charging me for shipping and I am non happy about it. Cannot tell well-nigh the ID Card if good or not until I receive information technology.

Dear ADA, I have had a service animal for fifteen years, and she started losing mobility in her knees, resulting in her inability to back-trail me in public. Does having a service animal make a difference when you suffer from chronic PTSD? I have been forced to go to medical appointments without her for ii months. Non only upset about being forced to see with a new primary care medico non of my choosing but also that my colleague (service animal) could not back-trail me because she was dying. I tried to explicate this to the nurse practitioner when we met. I was also scared to think about what I was communicating when addressing her, which resulted in her getting her feelings injure. Which initiated me to exist barred from a clinic; even further, the Physician in charge of the clinic had the infirmary forbid my admission. To reply the question, yes, it is an essential tool for people suffering from chronic PTSD. The ADA has been my savior. Xv years ago, going in public would make me ill and so scared that I would vomit or have threatening behavior. I was so relieved that there was a solution to the predicament. Never in 15 years when the animal was with me did I accept this problem. The dog would lick or tug at my shirt to alert me that I had a PTSD/angst episode. I was petrified near how I would function in public without her, so I found a replacement for my service animal. The ADA website was straightforward to navigate. Delivering the essential materials needed to assist replace the necessary tool to function in public quickly arrived. The dog is in training and amazes me every twenty-four hours with how quickly she learns her job. Thank you, ADA, for all the support you take given everyone with disabilities. I hope to soon be able to return to everyday life in public because of your help.

The service was terrific in replacement cards for my granddaughter. Her purse was stolen so we had to replace her cards. They chosen to make sure everything was right and that we got the cards every bit requested. The personal service was cracking… thank you…
